• New School Site Visit for Students

   

  Nine lucky EGA students, accompanied by Ms Beagley, Ms Harris and Ms Diaz, had a tour of the construction site and were able to see their new school beginning to take shape.  Dressed in hard hats, goggles, gloves, boots and high visibility vests, they were guided safely around the site by a representative from Balfour Beatty, the company who are building the new school.  They were able to see the almost completed gym, dining hall and piazza, and had a real sense of the size and scale of the building.
   
  The students were not allowed right up to the highest level for safety reasons.  However, when the school is built there will be a spectacular view from the library over St Pancras Station and beyond.  More site visits are planned for staff and students throughout the year.
