We are a uniform school and ask parents to ensure that theirdaughter leaves for school looking smart in the correct uniform. From September 2007, girls have been wearing the new uniform. EGA Grey skirt or EGA grey trousers. Either the white or pink EGA shirt with logo. A choice of EGA sleeveless jumper, zipped top or jumper with logo. Grey, White or black socks or EGA socks. Plain black sensible shoes. Alternatively, girls may wear the EGA Shalwar Kameez and a plain black or white headscarf Outdoor jackets should be plain and dark coloured. All items except for shoes, plain socks and dance kit must be purchased from Rough Cuts on Chapel Market as all items must have the EGA logo.
Students will also need a sensible school bag to carry their books and equipment.
Equipment students must have: Pencil case containing pen, pencil, eraser and ruler.
It is useful to have: calculator, coloured pens/pencils, sharpener and glue stick. Students are advised not to bring to school items over the value of £10.
The school cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any such items. The only jewellery allowed is a watch and small sleeper or stud earrings.
ANY MOBILE PHONES WHICH ARE SEEN OR HEARD DURING THE SCHOOL SESSION WILL BE CONFISCATED.
