The Nourish competition, which is a national event with hundreds of entries from schools across the UK, is now reaching its final stages. I am extremely pleased to announce that three of our students have been chosen as finalists for the competition taking place on 25th June. These successful chefs are: Rahma Yusuf (9E), Ahlam Mohamed (9H) and Molly Mae Dean (10L). All recipes will be featured in the Nourish Future Chef cookbook published in the UK and the US. The winner will win a trip to the US as an ambassador for the Balfour Beatty Diabetic Society UK. Runner up prizes include a day’s training session with a top chef at London’s prestigious Mandarin Oriental hotel. Watch this space!
