For September 2018 start, applications open in September 2017. Applications are via UCAS. Schools Direct (tuition fee) is a training route into teaching where trainees get high quality training and experience through UCL Institute of Education and at two placement schools. Training teachers of the future who will inspire future leaders to excel is key for developing individuals and the wider communities to grow and thrive. We encourage applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences to share our journey to education excellence.

School Direct (tuition fee) 2018/19

We now offer an apprenticeship programme for those who are currently employed in a school and have teaching assistant, or similar experience. Graduate Teaching Apprenticeships are a school-led route into teaching at both primary and secondary stages. Application is via UCAS.
